LetterBoxer Returns Policy

At Letterboxer.co.uk we are determined to make sure all our customers are happy. We therefore offer a forever Warranty, that if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you will be able to return it.

WHAT ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED?

We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following:

LetterBoxer’s that have been personalized, made to order, or customized in any way.
LetterBoxer’s that have been damaged in any way and cannot be resold.

We only issue refunds for non-faulty goods that arrive in a resalable condition.
The LetterBoxer must be sent back to us flat in the original box.

MY ITEM ISN’T FAULTY, AM I ABLE TO RETURN IT?

Please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 01524 881433 (or through our Contact us form) which they’ll guide you on how to return the non-faulty items.

You will need to pay for the postage cost of returning the products. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which needs a signature on receipt in case it goes missing.

The merchandise will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged within the post.

 Once the item has been received by us, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods, we shall issue a refund. We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY, HOW TO RETURN IT?

If the LetterBoxer you have ordered is faulty, you’ve 30 days during which to return it for a full refund. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Letterboxer.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting parcels during transit isn’t met, we regret that we’ll not be ready to issue a refund or replacement goods.

Please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 01524 881433 (or through our Contact us form) which they’ll guide you on the way to return the faulty items and issue you with a returns form. Please sign the form and include together with your return. Failure to do and try this may delay your return being processed.

When returning faulty items, we shall email you a Prepaid returns label. Instructions of the thanks to return the faulty item are visiting to be enclosed within the e-mail. Simply follow the instructions and return your item. Once the item has been received by us, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods, we shall either send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The worth of your gift are refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the acquisition. Please note, refunds take 5 working days to clear from the aim of processing.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01524 881433. If your goods are despatched before cancellation, you will be in liable of the costs of returning the unwanted items.

If you have a personalised item which has been produced, we cannot cancel the order.

This returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Orders placed between 16th October and 22nd December are also returned any time before Friday 17th January for a full refund, subject to our full returns policy.
