Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive about shipping and delivery of the LetterBoxer:

At LetterBoxer, there are three options for domestic mainland UK shipping options: Economy, Standard or Express.

Economy shipping is free for all domestic mainland UK orders, however shipping will not happen for up to 5 business days.

Express delivery will take a maximum of 2 business days to ship.

Economy shipping is free for all domestic mainland UK orders, however shipping time takes up to six business days to arrive.

Express delivery will take a maximum of 4 business days.

A business day is any day of the week (Monday to Friday) that does not fall on a public holiday or weekend.

Once your LetterBoxer has been constructed, we will package it securely and register the package for collection. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, so you can stay up to date on when your package will arrive.

Any location outside the mainland UK will be sent via DHL Express worldwide within three days of the order being placed.

Manufacture of Order

The first step in the shipping process is the manufacture of your order. Once we receive your order, we will begin production as soon as possible. Depending on the shipping method of your order, production time can take anywhere from a day to a week. Once your order is ready, we will ship it out to you via DHL next day for domestic UK or DHL worldwide for international.

If you are an international customer or outside the mainland UK, we aim to have your order made and shipped within three days.
